Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and roster a team of 8 automotive mechanics in a culture safety-driven.
• Oversee automotive mechanical and tyre operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, OEM standards, and legislative compliance.
• Manage operational budgets, workforce efficiency, and profitability.
• Udentify opportunities to grow commercial revenue and customer value.
• Partner with internal strategy and growth teams to refine service offerings.

Requirements

• Trade Qualified Automotive Mechanic / Automotive Tradesperson.
• Prior experience managing staff in a workshop and the operations/fleet of the workshop.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
